We are sorry to hear your items did not work out.
Items are accepted for return, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of the ship date if returned in saleable condition. Items must have tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns may take up to 10 business days to process once the package is received. Thank you in advance for your patience! Once item(s) is received, they will first be inspected to ensure they are in saleable condition. Once approved an email will be sent notifying you that your item(s) have been received and refund or store credit has been issued.
Exchanges may take up to 3 business days to process once the item(s) are received. Once item(s) arrives, they will be inspected to ensure they are in saleable condition. Once approved, your new item(s) will be shipped out to you via Standard Shipping. Availability of exchange item(s) is not guaranteed. If we no longer have the item(s) in stock, your money will be refunded and you will be notified via email. To make an exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you are exchanging, and the new size.
Please note: Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may require additional business days to process the transaction (average 3-5 days). Marly Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. You are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
